“Walking in Purpose” 2 Mile Walk
Movement creates momentum!
This two-mile guided sister walk serves as a symbolic and physical step forward — creating space to move confidently toward the woman you are becoming.
Whether you come to reflect, meet new sisters, or simply continue the year grounded in intention, this walk offers space to do so in unity and grace.
Capable Sista Society welcomes women from all walks of life to gather in a supportive and uplifting environment to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. Participants can expect a welcoming atmosphere filled with meaningful conversation, positive energy, and opportunities to build authentic connections with like-minded women who value growth, healing, and community.

Vision + Prayer Board Experience
An intentional experience for women to visually create a representation of their goals and prayers. Through reflection, affirmation, and creative expression, attendees will design a personalized vision/prayer board that blends faith, clarity, and purpose with intention.
Paint + Connect
A creative and relaxed gathering where women express themselves through art while building meaningful connections. No experience needed—just an open heart, positive energy, and a willingness to connect.

A hands-on, interactive experience where women learn a creative or practical skill—such as perfume making, candle crafting, herbal body oils, or crochet purse making, while connecting in community and cultivating confidence.

End of The Year “Obstacle Course” Event
A powerful, symbolic, and transformative annual event where women navigate a purposeful obstacle course representing life’s challenges, limiting beliefs, and emotional barriers. Through sisterhood, support, and guided reflection, participants will confront obstacles, release what no longer serves them, and finish feeling empowered, free, and ready to move forward boldly, unafraid and unapologetically.
