After purchase, you will receive instant access to download your file(s). Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products

All physical products are made to order and shipped directly to you through our fulfillment partner. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on production and delivery location.

Because our physical products are made to order, orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

Sizing and fit may vary slightly depending on garment style and production. Please review the product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and production processes.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Order Information & Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details, including your name, address, and contact information, are entered correctly at checkout.

Capable Sista Society is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Requests for order updates must be submitted promptly after purchase and before the order has been processed.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

• Clear photos of the item received

If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Capable Sista Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
